We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and send you a further email to confirm your order details. Please note that neither email is acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
- Delivery. We make every effort to deliver goods within 10 days, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. The quoted price for delivery is for UK addresses only, for international postage please contact us for costs.
- All items and offers are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Unless otherwise advised, refunds will be credited to the source of the original payment, which means a credit to the bank account concerned, or a credit back to the debit or credit card used.
- We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description or price of goods displayed on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
- All reductions in price and/or credit terms are reductions against our own previous prices and terms unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment.Payment is made in the checkout section of this website. Goods remain the property of Hush Babywear until payment is made. Payment is made through Paypal no customer account information passes through Hush Babywear giving you the security of using a secure system.
- Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and return the item free of charge.
- All sizes are approximate.
- For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
- We reserve the right to charge any other costs of enforcing our rights against you, including the cost of letters and telephone calls by us or our agents, in respect of any failure by you to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. We reserve the right to charge £15 for any cheque returned to us unpaid. This is to cover the cost incurred by us to process this cheque.
